About FWV

Hey everyone! My name is Vishal, and I’m the creator of FWV (Fit with Vixal). I’ve been passionate about fitness since 2020, and I’m excited to share my journey and knowledge with all of you through this blog.

My Fitness Journey

When I first stepped into a gym, I was only 48 kg body weight. I was underweight and had a skinny body, which made me determined to transform myself. Over the past four years, I’ve worked hard to build my physique, and today my weight is 64 kg. It wasn’t an easy road, and it took me about three years to gain that 16 kg of muscle and strength.

Now, I compete in the 66 kg category in both men’s physique and powerlifting at the state level. My journey from 48 kg to 64 kg has taught me a lot about the dedication, discipline, and right mindset needed to achieve fitness goals.

Why FWV?

I created FWV (Fit with Vixal) to help others who are on their own fitness journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, this blog is here to guide you.
